<p>Rowan Tree Theatre Company presents <strong>The Ragged Lion</strong> by Allan Massie.</p>
<p>Tickets £7 for adults (no concessions) and £4 for children under 16. <strong>Curtain up at </strong><strong>7:30</strong>.</p>
<p>Light refreshments will be provided, there will also be a raffle.</p>

<p>A fun evening for all the family. Games, Fireworks, BBQ and Raffle.</p>

<p>Admission £2.50 for adults and £1.00 for children under 16.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Saturday 28<sup>th</sup> November – Quiz Night</span></strong></p>
<p>A quiz with a Scottish theme to celebrate the Year of Homecoming/St Andrews Night</p>
<p>Bring your own bottle and a plate to share.</p>
<p>Raffle and competitions. Admission <strong>free. </strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">December – Christmas Carols </span></strong>followed by mulled wine and mince pies. Date to be confirmed.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Thursday 31<sup>st</sup> December – New Year’s Eve Ceilidh</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">New Age Kurling </span></strong>It is proposed to hold fortnightly ‘Kurling’ evenings over the winter months possibly on a Thursday evening.  More details on this will follow.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Sewing group</span></strong><strong> </strong>meet on the 2<sup>nd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> Monday of each month. The hall is open from 11.30 until 4.00. All welcome.  The next meeting is on Monday 14 September</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The WRI </span></strong>meets on the 3<sup>rd</sup> Wednesday of each month. The meetings start at 7.30p.m. and new members are always welcome. The next meeting is on Wednesday 16<sup>th</sup> September. For further information contact Margaret Jeary 01835 850266.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Community Council </span></strong>will hold their next meeting on Monday 31<sup>st</sup> August</p>
